GIRLS BEING EDUCATED, EARNING MONEY, AND SAVING (GEEMS)
The Girls Being Educated, Earning Money, and Saving Program (GEEMS) was designed for the teens that are not old enough to work. We realized that this demographic of pre-teens, if not kept busy, will find negative influences and temptations that are hard to resist. Also because Never The Less, Inc teaches entrepreneurship and leadership skills, we want our girls to have a jump start on job responsibility and expectations.
GEEMS received its first successful debut in the summer of 2015 that was sponsored by The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Six girls were placed in three different business, worked 10 hours per week for 4 weeks, and were given a weekly stipend at the end of their month. Never The Less matched their saving by 10 percent.
This program was very successful. We are proud to report that each of the girls now:
Sista Chat is an open discussion of our heart’s desire. Each month all participants are invited to come together in a group setting. Anyone can suggest a topic. Never The Less invited everyone to come out and chat with their Sista Girls.

MY FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT (MFLB)
My Future Looks Bright (MFLB) is an Educational, Career and Community Services Program. Never The Less (NTL) encourages their high school students to commit to helping others. Early in the students’ lives, NTL wants to instill the desire to help others by volunteering at varies community organizations, schools, and recreation center. Each year the NTL participants adopt a Tri- State nursing home. They also make gift bags containing toiletries, stamped envelopes, and personal necessities for girls in the juvenile correctional facility (20/20) that are being shipped off to facilities in Ohio. This program broadens their scope of the “Power of One” by learning how one simple action can impact lives, the community, and even the world.
